HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY - If your purchase was made between 11/18/2022 and 12/15/2022 will have until 1/16/2023 to make a return or request an exchange. Please use the return portal below to submit your return or exchange.

We’ve made returns and exchanges as easy as possible! If you wish to return or exchange your item(s) for any reason, you have 30 days to send them back to us for free. We will only accept returned items in their original condition - no visible wear or tear. Size / Fit Issues

Your Ponto’s should be comfy. If they’re a little too snug at first, give them a day or two to get used to your feet. Our shoes typically run true to size, but everyone’s feet are unique. Exchanges are free if you need to try a new size, just ensure they’re sent back with no visible wear and are reusable…we’re a sustainability company **cough cough**.



Non-Returnable Items

We will only accept returned items in their original condition. If your item(s) has been worn, washed or damaged, or if your order is outside of our 30 day return window, we cannot accept them for a return or exchange. If you no longer wish to keep your item(s), we have created a resale shop where you can list your item(s) to resell them and get a portion of your money back. Just visit the "Resale" link in at the bottom of our website to learn more. If you'd rather donate your shoes, reach out to our support team for more information.



Exchange Only

Some items in your return may be considered exchange only. If you have multiple items in your order and one is an exchange only item, you will need to process your returns separately. We are happy to help should you need additional assistance - just email us your order number and your plans to return or exchange and we will be happy to assist you. International Orders

Currently, we do not offer free returns or exchanges for international orders. A return shipping label will need to be purchased by you to send your shoes back for a refund. Please email support@pontofootwear.com for further instructions.
