Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange your pair of Pontos for any reason, you have 30 days to send them back to us for free, no questions asked. As long as they haven't been scuffed up or damaged in any way, please contact us below to start the return process. Make sure to have your order number handy

Looking to return or swap out your pair for a different size/color? No Problem!

Step 01.

Send an email to support@pontofootwear.com with Subject Line: Ponto Customer Support

Step 02.

Include the following information in the email:

Full Name:

Order Number:

Description/Reason for exchange/return:

Step 03.

We’ll create a shipping label for you to print out.

Step 04.

Put the shoes back in their original box, attach the new return shipping label, and send em’ back.

Step 05.

Our team will process your refund or send out your new pair as soon as possible.

Size / Fit Issues

Your Ponto’s should be comfy. If they’re a little too snug at first, give them a day or two to get used to your feet. Our shoes typically run true to size, but everyone’s feet are special and unique. Exchanges are free if you need to try a new size, just ensure they’re sent back with no visible wear and are reusable…we’re a sustainability company **cough cough**.
